What kind of plant is in this picture??????

We received this plant as a gift from a customer a long long time ago. Im surprised its still somewhat alive, considering the fact that we rerely watered it. When we first got this plant it had red leaves or shafts coming up in the middle of all the green ones it was really pretty. This plant also doesnt have any kind of stems, it seems the leaves grow directly out of the dirt. But now its just greenish yellowish and doesnt glow as much. I want to know what kind of plant it is and what is proper way to water, fertilize, and care for it. does it need a lot of sunlight or not as much. Please help me out, the thought of the customer returning to see this pathetic thing staring back at her saddens me.

Thank you, Here is the link to view the picture.....

Take your plant out of the pot it is in a get a pot one size larger and put it in there.

If the roots are swirled around the dirt ball, shake the dirt off and try to straighten the without breaking them.

Set the pot in your sink and rinse the soil and roots with lukewarm tap water and set in a warm window or outside in partial shade for a few days if above 50 degrees.

move into sun after that time. Water every three days with about a cup of water if the root ball is about 6-8 in in diameter.

feed it some miracle grow plant food as recommended on the package.

This is general plant advice since I cannot tell what the plant is.
